- Round 1: 10 sc in ring, join with sl st.

- Fasten off and weave in ends.
Flowers:
- Red, White, and Blue Flowers:
- Start with a magic ring, chain 2.
- Round 1: 6 sc in ring, join with sl st.

- Fasten off and weave in ends.
Leaves:
- Green Leaves:
- Chain 6.
- Row 1: Sc in second chain from hook, hdc in next, dc in next, hdc in next, sc in last chain. Fasten off and weave in ends.
Assembly:
- Wrap each stripe section around the wreath form, securing with hot glue or sewing the ends together.
- Position the stars on the blue section and sew them in place.
- Arrange the flowers and leaves on one side of the wreath, sewing or gluing them in place for a balanced look.
